(website hidden) The space Boutique style, clean, spacious, comfortable very modern and stylish. A beautiful and special way to do the great ocean road. A five minute walk to beach and shops yet private with hedged in rose garden. Guest access All of the cottage is for the guest- no shared space. You have your own private driveway and entrance. Two bedrooms, one bedroom queen size bed and the other with two king single beds. All fresh clean 1000 count linen provided. Bathroom with laundry facilities, towels, soap and shampoo provided. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, milk, tea and coffee provided. Large living room with dvd player and plenty of movies provided. Private Garden with outdoor BBQ and seating area. Off street parking provided. Other things to note Please note this is a entire home for guests in a dual occupancy situation. I have divided my house into two seperate houses No access between them You have your own Private driveway and private access Kitchen/ living room/ bedroom/ bathroom Very similar to a dual occupancy house I live in the back part of the house So please be mindful of noise particularly loud walking on the floors and please do not use the washer -dryer after 11 pm Please be aware of the $20 charge to use the fireplace Extra firewood will be charged at $20 per load Please Wash and put away used dishes - Making sure they are dry. And Also please let us know if you have more than booked guests including children Thank you
