This fully-equipped single-story accommodation offers you, within walking distance, all amenities, shops, a playground for children, tranquility for a tourist or gastronomic stay, or for a simple break on the way to your vacation or business trips. The space The house adjoining that of the owners is located on one level. Its entrance and private terrace are located fully west, allowing you to have lunch quietly in the shade of its pergola. The living room welcomes you with its equipped kitchenette (combined microwave oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner)... WIFI, high-speed Internet, TV, cable, satellite, Canal+. 2 bedrooms with skylights, located on the east side, the first with a 140 cm bed and the second with 2 90 cm beds that can be converted into 1 180 cm bed if necessary, offers you peaceful and calm nights with a closed bathroom and an adjoining toilet, and a second separate toilet. For small children, possibility to provide the necessary, (baby bed, changing mat, bathtub with baby carrier, folding stroller, highchair, booster chair for older children, toilet reducer, potty. A simple request is enough and everything is in the accommodation. Guest access In addition to the 60 m2, you have a private terrace with a table and 6 chairs, a gas barbecue, an umbrella, and armchairs for reading or aperitif. A laundry area is available with washing machine, dryer, bike storage. Parking on the fenced, closed property is available. Pets are allowed providing that they are house broken and well behaved. Other things to note In the gîte, you will have salt, pepper... and products left by guests. For overnight or a few days, less than a week, a breakfast snack including tea, coffee, herbal tea, fruit juice, accompanied by a homemade cake as well as its jams will be available. For those who will stay longer, a small gift will be offered. You will find a sheet of rules of good use available in the cabinet drawer under the TV. I don't charge you for cleaning, so I ask you to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as when you checked in. A check will be carried out, however if you do not wish to do so, a flat rate of €50 will be requested upon departure. Household products are provided as well as bath mat and tea towels.
