The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton! The space In the bright living room overlooking the water, it is pure enjoyment. Read a magazine or do games ready at the spacious dining table, crib relax in the rocking chair, or take in the balcony view. Relax on the sofa, watch a movie on Netflix or warm up by the wood-burning stove that you can set up so that you can always watch the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped for cozy cooking evenings, with a stove top, spacious oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Eat together at the dining table inside, or outside in the garden on one of the terraces – or cozy under the veranda. On the ground floor you will find a modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower, a separate toilet and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double king-size bed, an Auping single bed and a spacious wardrobe. Soak in the rural peace and space in the generous garden. Go swimming in the Kraayenbergseplas that is a 5-minute walk away or rent a boat. Or go explore the area with the bikes that are ready for you. There are also child seats for bicycles. The fortified town of Grave or the Jachtslot in Mook are nice places to cycle to. Or rent a boat in the summer to go sailing. There is a charging station for the electric car. If you would rather have a second bathroom with another spacious bedroom with a king size bed, so that you can sleep 7 people, then that is possible with an additional payment. To do this, please reach out to your host. Guest access You have a private entrance to Loft8. Other things to note We try to make the stay as pleasant as possible for you. The living room, kitchen and 2nd bedroom are located on the 1st floor. Here you have a nice view over the water. Please note that you will need to walk upstairs for this. For families with small children, we provide a stair gate, a high chair and a camping bed.
