It's a large and comfortable house, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Here you can breathe fresh air, enjoy the scents and flavors of the orchards and relax in the landscaped spaces. The space In the Quinta das Bolas you can spend a quiet holiday in the company of nature. In the farm you will find the famous pineapple greenhouses, fruit trees, various plants and flowers. Our guests will be invited to discover all the spaces and crannies of the farm and thus take advantage of them to read or to simply relax and enjoy the surroundings. In the Mirante you can enjoy the wide view of the sea, the mountains and over part of the city of Ponta Delgada. The Sunset Sun seen here can be superb. In the Quinta das Bolas there is a bedroom with double bed + cot, a bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a single bed, three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette , living room and dining room in common area and garden furniture. A fourth bedroom with double bed, kitchen and bathroom, is located in a small independent apartment next to the main house. It can accommodate the 6th and 7th guests. Quinta das Bolas is located in a quiet area outside the center of Ponta Delgada. It is 10 minutes away from 3 beaches - São Roque, Milícias and Pópulo. Restaurants and services are within minutes of the farm. Other things to note Please notice that a city tax of 2€ per person per overnight stay, not included in the total amount, will be charged through the Airbnb Resolution Center up to 3 days before the check-in date.
