Country house

My accommodation is an apartment located in the countryside, part of a building, surrounded by a hectare of land with ruins. It is located in the town of the same name, exactly in the isthmus that connects the island of Sant'Antioco with the town of San Giovanni Suergiu. The house is in a context of industrial archeology; in 1939 an Enel power plant came to life, running on steam, and was decommissioned in 1950. Today only the buildings remain, including my house, which has been renovated internally. The space The apartment consists of a large living area with: sofa, fireplace, TV, table and chairs for dining with an adjacent kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The sleeping area consists of a guest bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one of which is a double with a private bathroom (the room also has a cot) and a bedroom with two single beds. The apartment is ideal for both a couple and a family of 4. The apartment does not have air conditioning as it is very airy due to its proximity to the lagoon, each window has a mosquito net. If you want to spend a holiday in the tranquility and quiet of the countryside but at the same time be close to the main attractions that our territory offers, this is the right place for you. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment and access to the property via an automatic gate shared with the other apartments. The small road that leads from the gate to the house is illuminated with step markers. Other things to note As it is an apartment near the lagoon, there may be mosquitoes at night; the apartment is equipped with mosquito nets in all the windows of the house.
