It's just a short walk to the main street for shops, bars and restaurants, the Reef Marina and Four Mile Beach. There's plenty of parking in town too, and it's all free. Port Douglas has several local shuttle buses running around all day and there is a stop right outside our entrance. Very convenient if you don't fancy the short walk to or from the main street or the marina.
