Ocean View is a luxury, 3 bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and Perranporth beach. Only a couple of minutes stroll to the beach and Perranporth village centre. If you're looking for something with a wow factor, this is the apartment for you! Well behaved pets are welcome too. The space Arranged all on one level on the ground floor, this apartment is modern, light and spacious. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area has floor to ceiling glass doors across the front of the room with spectacular views of Perranporth beach and the sea. The lounge area has 2 large leather sofas, a modern flat screen TV and WiFi. One of the sofas is a sofa bed for families with 7 or 8 guests staying. The kitchen is very well equipped. You find a fridge, freezer, hob, built in oven, microwave and coffee machine. There's also a dishwasher. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with an additional sink, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and stools. There are 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and an en suite shower room. the other 2 bedrooms have single beds. One has an en suite shower room and a TV. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The large sliding doors lead onto a small balcony that looks over the lawned area to the front of the apartment and across the beach!To the rear of the apartment there is parking for 1 car. Guest access The keys to the property are available from our office from 4pm on the day of your arrival and must be returned to the office by 10am on the day of departure. Whereas we endeavour to get you in to your holiday home by 4pm and quite often considerably earlier than this, at busy times, occasionally this is not possible but be assured that we'll do everything we can to minimise delays. Bed linen, personal towels and tea towels are supplied. Please bring your own beach towels. DIRECTIONS TO AK HOLIDAYS, 5 BOSCAWEN ROAD, PERRANPORTH, TR6 0EW: Travelling on the A30, once you come to the roundabout with the windmills on your right, keep on the road for approximately 1.1/2 miles and turn right at the junction to Perranporth – B3285. At the end of this road (Goonhavern) turn left, then right at the double roundabout and follow the road down to Perranporth. Once in Perranporth, drive through the town centre until you almost reach the end of the high street. You will see AK Holidays on the left. Please do not park at the property until you have collected your keys – our cleaning staff require the space to park. Thank you.
