Interior layout of the cottage: 160m2, bright spacious living room on the ground floor, mezzanine, 3 bedrooms including 2 suites with bathroom on the floor and adjoining terrace not covered. The space The entrance to the cottage is via a large sliding window leading directly to a large and bright living room of 40 m2 composed of a kitchen with central island, ceramic hob and extractor hood, a wooden dining table, as well as a living area with sofa, armchairs and coffee table as well as a toilet with handwasher. We also have a pellet stove to heat the space in winter. A first staircase leads to a 25m2 mezzanine for relaxation/reading space (board games, books) and/or workspace (desk, chair). A second staircase leads to the floor where the 2 suites with bathrooms and the 3rd bedroom are located. The bathroom of the first bedroom is equipped with a large shower cabin as well as wooden furniture with 2 basins and separate toilet. The second bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and wooden cabinet with 2 stone basins and separate toilet. Guest access You can move just as well by car as by bike or even on foot. Parking spaces are dedicated to parking right in front of the entrance to the cottage. Other things to note We are only 1 km from the village of Laruscade where you will find all the shops necessary for your everyday purchases. We accept pets, but we don't want them to settle on sofas, armchairs, or beds to avoid damage. WINE TOURS & TRANSPORT: Our partner Athena Prestige offers Wine Tours in Saint-Emilion, Pessac-Léognan, in the Médoc, as well as a visit to Bordeaux.
