Concord apartment is within walking distance to shops, the Endler Auditorium and the University Campus. The apartment also includes one secure basement parking bay with convenient access to and from the apartment complex as well as an elevator. The apartment is situated in a very safe area of Stellenbosch. It is suitable for two persons, but can accommodate one child on a sleeper couch. Also great for business travellers. Guest access The apartment and its basement parking space are reserved entirely for the guest's sole use. The apartment is located on the first floor of the complex. Access is either from Church Street through two security doors or through the secured basement parking on Ryneveld Street via lift or staircase to the first floor. Other things to note Free uncapped Wi-Fi is available via a fibre line, providing download and upload speeds of 30 Mbps. The apartment is strictly non-smoking / non-vaping. Ryneveld and Church streets are both one-way traffic. Access to the parking in the apartment basement is from Ryneveld Street, just after the Meraki coffee shop, opposite the @ddress shop. Guests staying 6 nights or longer will receive a complimentary clean and linen change. For long-term stays (i.e. more than 2 weeks), or for other requests, cleaning services are available on request at a surcharge.
