The space You have one cozy private bedroom for up to 3 people in a cozy setting with lots of light and windows, green views, with nice comfortable beds. Our house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in an established custom home residential area, only 12-15 minutes from downtown Dallas, American Airlines Center, Dallas Mavericks, Rangers Stadium, or Cowboys Stadium, 20 minutes from DFW Airport. Guests will enjoy a self-serve light breakfast, have full shared use of the pool. Nature trails close-by. Good restaurants close: Italian, Chinese, Mexican, Sushi, Cajun, Japanese, chain restaurants galore. Parking. Free WiFi. You have one private key locked bedroom in the shared home with the homeowners and other guests, which is a custom-built house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two master bedrooms, living areas, dining areas, lots of windows and light, good window shades, large fenced in back yard. No Smoking inside but okay in the fire pit or grill areas on the outside patio. Vapping is permitted anywhere outside but not inside. No Pets. Shared Access to living areas with WB fireplace, leather furniture, and a backyard paradise with a big pool, and outdoor sitting areas, with outdoor hot/cold shower, huge mature shade trees. Option for additional bedrooms as well if you have more people in your group or entire house if needed for your group - (see all listings under our full Airbnb Profile). We are very hospitable people and will try to make your stay very enjoyable and give you all the privacy you want. A self-serve light breakfast will be available and is included in the price. Guest access Guest Access You will have full shared access to the large swimming pool in our backyard paradise with plants and huge mature shade trees with outdoor shower and bathroom. A shared kitchenette is available for no extra charge if you want to prepare your own meals and includes includes a guest only refrigerator, an electric wok, Wolfgang Puck Bistro for sandwiches, one burner stove top, utensils and small sink. Your use of the guest kitchenette may be exclusive for you if no other guests are renting other bedrooms. Make yourself at home! You may lounge in the shared Living Room or Den and watch TV and dine-in. The only areas off limits will be the main kitchen, home office area, other guest rooms not rented by you, and the owners master bedroom suite of the house. Bathroom is shared with other guests if present, or if other guests are not present it may be all to yourself. Ask Hosts if this is important to you. During your stay Interaction with Guests We will respect your privacy. During waking hours, you may hit a button on the intercom in your room and contact us, or text/call if you need something. You will have light breakfast items available (included in the price) and if you would like we can visit with you at that time. In the evening we may be sharing the pool area (or fireplace in the winter) for recreation time and can talk if you want. In other words, it is your call how much interaction you want. We are also busy active professionals and may not be available to interact too much anyway depending on our schedule. If we arrange to share dinner or grill out in the backyard, typically we would do the cooking and ask you to share in the expense (to be determined). Other things to note This room (#3) is on the southeast corner of the house and the house air conditioner compressor unit is located outside this room and is audible from inside the room (only in warm weather when central AC is running). Double pane insulated windows help buffer some of the noise but not all. It is especially noticeable from inside the walk-in closet, so we recommend keeping the closet door closed to buffer out the noise.
