The Linney is one of seven self-catering cottages at Budleigh Farm. Each cottage has a unique character and there are some shared facilities - an outdoor pool May to September, tabletennis room, barbecues, garden or patio. Situated in the Dartmoor National Park, surrounded by beautiful countryside. The space We are a small hill farm with easy access by road. The Wray Valley Cycle Trail passes through the farm and a footpath climbs the hill at the back. We also have target shooting facilities available to all standards of marksmanship. Wherever possible we use environmentally friendly cleaning products and Fairtrade. Guest access Guests are free to explore the farm.
