Forstern is only 15 minutes by car from the Munich Trade Fair, which can be reached directly via the nearby A94. Therme Erding is just 12 minutes away by car. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, 1 extra toilet with sink and a large living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV. The apartment is very bright and offers a garden with terrace and pond for your own use. The furnishings are designed with a lot of love for detail and offer all the amenities of a fully furnished apartment. A mixture of antique farm furniture and modern furnishings creates a unique living experience. For children we provide a baby cot and/or an additional mattress. ATTENTION - The bathroom with the shower/tub can only be reached via bedroom 1. However, there is another toilet in the hallway. Bedroom 2 additionally has another satellite TV. From the large terrace you can look directly at a large pond with a waterfall and many fish. There is a barbecue and a soccer goal in the garden.
