The space Located in Preguiça, 300 metres from the river beach, it is a magical place where tranquillity and harmony invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. Excellent for outdoor family activities, hiking, birdwatching, fishing, hunting, water sports, cycling, etc. A 10-minute drive from the city of Viana do Castelo and the main exits from the city, the A27 and A28. The space is exclusive for a family of up to 4 people and is not shared with anyone else for the duration of the booking. The basic price (€190/night) includes the use of the bedrooms, bathroom, living/dining room, terrace and backyard. The barbecue has a 2-burner gas cooker. Children under 5 don't pay. The kitchen is shared with the owner who lives on the ground floor. Guest access Outdoor garden area with barbecue and the entire first floor for the exclusive use of guests. Shared entrance. During your stay I am available 24h, for whatever is needed. Especially if you have small children, so they can have the best experience possible. Safety and hygiene always come first. I do babysitting and study support for children and young people of school age, as well as support/training in using e-learning platforms. Bookings must be made for a minimum of 2 people. During the months of June to August only bookings of at least 4 people will be accepted. Christmas, Easter and New Year period minimum 4 people.
