VILLA Podere the GARDEN

VILLA Podere IL GIARDINO, is one of the oldest Villa in the VALLE DI CHIO, a magnificent valley that stretches from Castiglion Fiorentino, to the tiny village of Pieve di Chio. The oldest part of the house dates back to the end of XVII early XVIII century, it was made of local stone. It is an original Tuscan farm house, characterred by the tipical external staircase and loggia, from which magnificent sunset can be admired with a view of Castiglion Fiorentino. The space A short distance from the house, there is a path, immersed in the countryside, passable on foot, bicycle , or on horseback. The path extends for 7 km along the whole valley.
