Au Train River Log Cabin Near Lake Superior

Our cabin is set on the beautiful AuTrain river, just minutes from Lake Superior. It is fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and fun! A full kitchen which includes a stove, fridge, and a BBQ grill to cook what you would like. There is a queen size bed, and a natural gas fireplace, and full bathroom. We also have a deck to enjoy the wildlife from. Hummingbirds, Blue Heron, geese, ducks, eagles, river otters and more have all been spotted from the front porch. The space This house was built from logs sourced directly from the land it currently sits on. We wanted to build a cozy guest cottage next door to share our little slice of paradise with others! The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We also have two kayaks, a canoe, life jackets and fishing poles. Bring a toothbrush and some groceries and get ready for vacation! We are 15 minutes from Pictured Rocks National Lake Shore and a few blocks away from a beautiful sandy beach! For winter we have snowmobile trails just a few blocks away. Valley Spur Ski trail is 10 minutes away, Marquette Mountain downhill ski/snow board is about 30 minutes away. Also in Munising, Pictured Rocks has a beautiful ski trail too. There is also a convenience store just down the road. So please book your stay today, we’d love to have ya.
