This English garden unit is flushed with natural lighting. It is fully rehabbed and has a full equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave & Keurig coffee machine (coffee included)! The Bedroom has a queen size bed with a full closet and dressing area and the living room has a full size sofa sleeper for additional guest. A Spa- like bathroom and a dining area. This unit is also equipped with a large screen tv with all your favorite shows internet and cable. This is a perfect place for a weekend retreat and/or longer stays and is perfectly suited for business trips. Please note that this is an above ground garden apartment and requires you to go down some stairs leading to the unit. Hallway is bright and always well lit. It is located in the lower level of a 3flat building. It is an older home and has all natural wood flooring through out the units above. So naturally, occasional sound of people walking above you is inevitable. If you are sensitive to that, then this space is not for you. I live in the building and have resided in the area for over 10 yrs. I offer self check-in and believe in giving you privacy at all times. Walk to the Blue line (5-7min) for a 20min ride to downtown and 7 min ride to O’hare Airport! Short walk to Park, restaurants, bars and 2 min drive to 90/94 for easy access to downtown Chicago. Super conveniently located and exactly half way from downtown to O’hare. Midway airport is about a 20minute ride with no traffic and a 35-40 minute ride during rush hours. You can also take the blue line and switch off at downtown loop to the Orange line, which takes you to Midway Airport. Easy self check in - Door code for easy access entry & checkout.
