Whether for business or sightseeing, the "Noellet 6" is available year-round for walking or working in the Clermont-Ferrand metropolitan area. The residence is at the foot of bus line 3 ("Casati" stop). This line will take you in 15 minutes to the heart of the Auvergnate city. If you take the car, it will take 10 minutes. 5 km away is the Zenith d'Auvergne and most of the fast roads (motorways, ring road). Also, 15 minutes by car, you can enjoy the lakes of La Cassière and Aydat. Provision of a parking space in the residence and availability in case of a second vehicle just a few meters from a free parking lot. We have a secure box allowing you to collect the keys to the apartment whenever you want, at any time of the day. However, the apartment will be ready to welcome you from 3 p.m. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment as well as all the amenities available. Please note that the accommodation is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator access. Access is only via the stairs.
