The house: This is a renovated old house located on a quiet little street, free street parking or those right next door. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance, a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge), a cellar, a living/dining room (with a sofa, TV, table for 4 people), as well as an opening onto a small garden well exposed to enjoy the sun on sunny days. Upstairs, the 2 bedrooms (one overlooking the garden and the other on the street) as well as a shower room with WC.
