Come Spend the Holiday's in Prescott. Amidst a sea of Airbnb's, what sets my home apart is its location and charm. Near the iconic Thumb Butte in the Prescott National Forest, the house is surrounded by boulders and pine trees. just a mile away from the Courthouse Square downtown. This isn’t your typical commercial property; it is a home with the warmth and comfort of grandmother’s. It comes complete with spices for cooking and coffee to refresh you after your journey. The space This property features two downhill driveways for parking. The second driveway is particularly suitable for large vehicles and provides a stair-free entrance to the house. The lower level of the house boasts an open-concept area that combines the dining, living, and kitchen spaces. This level also houses the master bedroom complete with an en-suite bathroom. At the rear of the house is an Arizona room that serves as a dedicated workspace and opens up to a fenced-in backyard with patio. The upper level comprises two bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a deck that graces the front of the house. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been recently updated. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of two locked storage closets. Please note that the garage is not accessible and is used for business purposes for one hour each day. Rest assured; the employee will not disturb you during this time. In light of the current drought, the firebox is reserved for candle use only. Additionally, the firepit is not in use due to a fire ban. However, a gas grill is available for your enjoyment on the back patio.
