Sunny apartement, fast internet 500 MBs !

Cozy apartment next to popular Kalamaja district is sunny and surrounded by greenery. CITY CENTER- 5 min by tram with 2 min walk to Old Town, 5 min to Railway Station, 45 min to airport. A few tram stops away is Telliskivi Loomelinnak with all it’s amazing cafes/restaurants, interesting happenings and a market. There is a grocery shop across the road. Precise description can be found from section "Getting around". The space Apartment has one large room with a queen-size bed and a same room living room area with a sofa-bed. There is a large desk with necessary equipment for comfortable business travel. Towels, sheets, blankets etc. are provided. Apartment has it's own fast wireless internet, HD TV with digital channels. Use of washing machine and ironing facilities are available. Kitchen is fully equipped, coffee, tea and sugar are provided. There is also a baby chair available. Guest access Whole apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the apartment building. The apartment is not intended for social events. There are fee 150€ for smoking or social event. For losing the keys you have to pay 50 €. Please note that the apartment is in good condition, but not brand new. Please do not mistake scratches as dirt (i.e in the bathtub, on the floor etc.)- apartment is always thoroughly cleaned after every reservation. The house is renovated from outside. Please consider some noise, especially if you want to keep window open., as there is a tram stop right in front of the house. Apartment is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Free parking is available across the house.
