It's just under 2.5h from Sydney CBD, 20min from Goulburn, 1.5h from Canberra, 1.5h to Wombeyan caves. 3h drive to the beautiful Snowy Mountains. Enjoy a peaceful walk in the private bushland & lookout for wild flowers, native birds & animals or just relax with a glass of wine as your partner prepares the barbeque. Most of all you will enjoy the peaceful time away from the busy and noisy life in Sydney. Features Our private farmhouse, features open kitchen, dining and living areas with a beautiful fireplace. It has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom No1: dubble size bed + king single, bedroom No2: two king singles and bedroom No3: queen bed. We can accommodate 7 guests. Fully enclosed sunroom located next to the dining room it is just a perfect spot to enjoy your morning tea. There is a bathroom facility with a washing machine and separate toilet. Other things to note No smoking. Not suitable for pets. No parties or events. Please be thoughtful about the use of electricity (for environmental reasons), water (as we are on rainwater), and rubbish (as we have no municipal collection). Your nearest grocery shops are Marulan IGA and Goulburn woolworths, coles and Aldi (20 minutes drive) Goulburn hospital is 20 minutes away.
