This house is newly full renovated-near Shinozaki Sta. to tourist area, you can directly visit Shinjyuku Sta. without transfers! It's located at the quiet residential area, and you can enjoy the atmosphere of real local life. On the way to Shinozaki Sta., there are also restaurants, supermarkets, nearby. The space It takes about 10 min to Shinozaki Station(Toei Shinjyuku Line) by walking and just about one hour trip from/to Narita or Haneda Airport. (For the house with balcony) If you smoke at balcony, please place cigarettes, cigar butts and ashes in your compact ashtray. A cleaning fee of 50,000 Yen will be charged when traces of cigarette smoke is found in the room. ・Please do not put cardboard/big outer case without any notification. If you put these, will charge additional 100 USD. ・We redesigned and partly renovated inside the house but the house itself is aged so I hope you understand. ・Please understand before you book that our house is getting old so sometimes there are bugs especially in summer. We try to get rid of them as much as we can but can not be perfect.
