The Kleine Kurhaus Lubmin offers you a new, beautiful and modern, superbly equipped accommodation with direct sea views from all rooms. Balcony and terrace with barbecue facilities are on the sea side and have direct sea views. It is about 50 m to the beach. Lubmin is wonderfully located for excursions. It is 15 km to the picturesque Hanseatic city of Greifswald and only 30 minutes to the island of Usedom. This can be explored by car, train or bicycle. The village itself offers a marina, other leisure activities, shopping as well as a doctor and pharmacy. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. The accommodation includes a parking space in front of the house. Final cleaning is included in the price. Linen packages (sheets, towels) can be optionally added so that you receive a ready-to-move-in accommodation. The vacation home is spread over 2 floors and has two bedrooms, a fireplace room (electric fireplace) with sea view, a living room (with sofa bed), two bathrooms (one with shower, one with shower and bathtub and sauna), two toilets, a balcony, a terrace, a flat-screen satellite TV in each bedroom and living room and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer combination.
