Rustic Dalmatian stone guesthouse

A renovated authentic family guesthouse typical for Dalmatian hinterland. A particular attention was given to the authentic and rustic look of the interior which has been equipped with modern furniture in retro style. In the bright interior predominates the wood as a main element while fresh colors make the whole ambiance more then comfortable and pleasant. This guesthouse is a perfect shelter for guests looking for peaceful holidays in authentic ambient of rural Dalmatian village. The space This house has a total surface of approximately 100 m2 (build at the begging of 19th century in 1802 but completely renovated) The lower floor (approximate surface of 55 m2): 1 bedroom with big double bed (11 m2), 1 bathroom (4 m2), living room + kitchen (40 m2) The upper floor (approximate surface of 45 m2): 1 bedroom with big double bed (8 m2), 1 restroom (3 m2), common space with sofa (which is used as a bed if needed). There are also two terraces: one of approximately 15 m2 in front of the house and one of approximately 24 m2 at the back of the house next to which is a garden where are grown vegetables In the basement of the house is situated a typical old style Dalmatian tavern where you can enjoy in delicious meals which are prepared at the stoke-hole which is also part of the old house together with the old kitchen. Next to the house are situated two gardens and very spacious courtyard (with garage). On the terrace facing the mountain is a small pool where your children can enjoy in or you can relax and chill out during the hot summer days. Guest access Guess can use stoke-hole, tavern and the entire house. Other things to note Breakfast is not included in the price but the service is available as additional paid service. If you are not up to making a diner on your own or not in a mood to go to the restaurant, we offer you a possibility to have dinners at our property which are to be agreed with my parents. I'm sure you will enjoy the delicious traditional meals prepared by my mum Darka and served by my dad Ante. Also, you can participate in preparing food since it can be a nice fun especially when making a dinner in the stoke-hole :) The neighborhood where the house is located is very peaceful and quiet :) A good morning you will be probably wished by birds or a tractor of a local inhabitant which goes early in the morning to the field to do some work before the Sun starts to burn as Dalmatians are known as quite lazy and easy going so few hours of work in the morning are more then enough for a whole week. If you are coming with children, you don't need to worry about the place where they will do their small activities. A courtyard is quite spacious for any type of the sport activity but if they prefer to be on a grass field they are allowed to use a garden next to our house to be in a shade during hot summer days. For those who are more competitive and adventurous a good place to show their skills can be our football stadium (a meadow) where they can meet locals to play with them, participate in a sport activity or organize a international football match :)
