Nice entire house, 8 min driving from Las Vegas Blvd , best area in Las Vegas.With heated pool and hot spa for relaxing Pool can be heated for fee of 100$ per day (April- October), 150$ (October-March) SPA/HOT TUB is COMPLIMENTARY. We DO NOT RENT to LOCAL PEOPLE. any kind of party bigger then 10ppl will be CANCELED without REFUNDS!! The space We are taking many precautions and proactive measures in ensuring all properties have been sanitized including all hard surfaces, doors, door handles, bathrooms, desks, all bedrooms, kitchen. everything is new in the house. its a 2 story house with 4 bedrooms ,2.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, 2 car garage, two 65”smart tv’s, beautiful backyard with private heated pool and Spa, BBQ area, lounge in backyard. If you want pool to be heated 86-90F there is fee of 75$ per day, need 5-8 h in advance and pool will be ready for you. For Family’s with a little kids we can provide foldable crib and high chair if you need. On a side of the house is a fenced playground for little ones. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am please respect neighbors Smoking is allowed in backyard , not in the house We DO NOT RENT to LOCAL PEOPLE for any kind of party bigger then 8ppl ,trying to avoid that rule reservation will be CANCELED without REFUNDS!! No graduation parties , birthday celebrations , weddings, gatherings bigger then 8 adults. This is vacation property. Guest access they can use entire house with 4 bedrooms, living room , 2 car garage, full kitchen, beautiful backyard with gorgeous heated pool and spa, private BBQ ... Other things to note This house is not party house , NO GATHERINGS of any kind bigger then 8ppl, please respect that Smoking is ok in the backyard
