A modern, cozy and brand new house, cca 100 m2, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for maximum 6+2 people is situated between Pula and Medulin. The property is located 1500 m from Medulin which offers a quick and easy way to the town. The space The house is located in nature, next to a big olive field with over 120 olive trees (cca 6000 m2) and a vegetable garden. You can find a small chickenhouse near the entrance gate from which you may take eggs to cook hot meals. The propety is guarded by two large shepherd dogs, however they're both quite friendly and welcoming. The house has Internet access, satellite TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen. A large front porch offers a nice way to relax and enjoy a hot and sunny summer day, perhaps with a cup of coffee or a nice chat with your loved one. There is a small swimming pool infront of the porch, located in the front yard in which you can cool yourself off by having a swim if you don't feel like driving to one of the local beaches.
