The apartment is a few km from the Cinque Terre National Park, in the beautiful historic center of the medieval village of Brugnato (La Spezia). 5 minutes from the highway exit, in a quiet but central and strategic location, 'da nonna Mafalda' awaits you with its authentic, welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Park your car for free on site, you can walk to restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets and the 5Terre outletvillage in a few minutes. The space The apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient building with stone walls and double entrance (from the pedestrian village and from the driveway); it was recently renovated respecting tradition and consists of a living area, bedroom, bathroom and patio on the ground floor. The kitchen/dining area is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and eat. The bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe as well as a desk where you can also work with your PC. The bathroom also has a bidet and shower. On the ground floor, a small patio with coffee table and chairs awaits you for relaxing moments or an outdoor dinner. Free wifi. Fans for the summer and heating with radiators for the winter. Free parking. I provide bed linens, towels and kitchen linens. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment and the patio on the ground floor equipped with a small table and chairs Other things to note - I recommend reaching us equipped with a vehicle to enjoy all the opportunities that our territory offers you. - To reach the Cinque Terre I recommend going to Levanto by car or bus (about 25 minutes) and from there get around by the 5 terre express train, by boat or on foot . - I accept only one pet per reservation and kindly ask you to report its presence at the time of the reservation. - The Municipality of Brugnato has introduced an accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 7 days; guests must pay this amount in cash upon arrival.
