We are not a restaurant but we love to cook exclusively for our guests and our food services are very popular and contribute to our high review score. We, the host family (Joy, Joerg, Akin and Ben live on the next compound and are willing to answer your question and assist you in all needs of your stay while we respect your privacy. Other things to note Location: Discover the best of both worlds at our villa! Set in a serene, picturesque location, it’s conveniently just 1 km north of the Ring Road (#121), offering a tranquil escape while being close to Chiang Mai’s vibrant inner-city life as well as outside natural top attractions. Explore Mae Rim and Mae Sa Valley’s jungles, waterfalls, trekking trails, and elephant experiences, all within a 15–30 minute drive. The government municipality center is 5 minutes away, and the Chiang Mai Convention Center is just 10 minutes by car. The villa is located in the trendy Muang Kaew neighborhood, known for its flower farms and chic coffee shops, reachable by bicycle. Transportation: For ease of travel, we recommend private transport such as rental cars or vans with drivers. We can assist with local rentals, and Grab taxis are readily available. To explore the beautiful surroundings at your own pace, free bicycles are provided. In-house massage services can be arranged on prior notice Rates & Policies: • Rates: Published rates are for up to 8 guests. A surcharge of 500 THB/day applies for each additional guest. • Late Check-Out: Standard check-out time is 12:00 p.m., but we offer flexibility if no new guests are arriving on the same day. • Maid Service: Basic maid service is included. Additional service is available at 100 THB per hour. • Neighborhood: Situated in a peaceful residential area, we ask guests to keep noise levels respectful, especially after midnight, to avoid disturbing neighbors. Some decent partying is possible but there are limits. In case of doubts please ask us beforehand.
