Home with a view on Ljubljana and Mt Saint Mary

Spacious apartment located on the bottom floor of our family home, with private access and shared garden. It is located 15 min away from the airport, a 12 min drive to Ljubljana and overlooks the whole capital as well as Mount St Mary (Ljubljanas tallest mountain and popular hiking spot), where you can see the whole Julian Alps. It is central with an 18km drive to Krvavec (ski resort), 45km to Bled and Postojna and 1 hour drive to the Adriatic. You can park on our property. The space The 65 m2 apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (with complimentary specialty coffee roasted by the owner) with fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave and all necessary utensils to cook; a master bedroom with a queen bed; a large living room with 1 couch & a pull out bed; and a small bedroom with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with shower, a sink and washing machine. You have garden access and a car port to park your car and are welcome to use our ping-pong table. The house was built in 1903 so doors in your apartment are low so if one or more person in your party is more than 1.90m tall, we don’t recommend staying at our place though ceiling heights are standard. Please note that our driveway cannot accommodate camper vans due to low tree branches and as it is not large enough to allow entry /exit of another car if a camper is parked. The house AND the garden are strictly NON smoking. We have a French Brittany spaniel dog and a cat, who live inside our house and will go into the garden, so we do not accept pets. Guest access Guests have access to part of the yard and swing set to enjoy quiet times, and upon request can use our fire pit. We can make a barbecue available to you, and if you wish to enjoy a quiet time, we have 2 small bar tables on a private side of the garden.
