The space In the heart of the Brie, come and stay in our house close to the forest of Crècy. THE SPACE: Our large house of 150m2 is located in the charming village of La Houssaye-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne just 20Km from Disneyland and 45km from Paris Centre. Surrounded by a large enclosed garden (+1000m2) and wooded, our house is ideal for a relaxing moment with family or friends in the countryside while remaining close to all the necessary amenities. A large and beautiful terrace adjoining the house (+100m2) is entirely reserved for you to enjoy sunny days in privacy. You will have access to the entire property just to yourself. BEDROOMS AND BEDS: The accommodation has a total of 14 beds. - Bedroom 1 : 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people with a real comfortable mattress - Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds - Bedroom 3 : 1 double bed + 1 single bed - Bedroom 4 : 1 double bed + 1 single llt - Living room: 1 double sofa bed with a real comfortable mattress Bedlinen are included in the price of the rental. When you arrive, the beds will be set up with freshly washed clean sheets. BATHROOM: The property has 2 bathrooms. One on the ground floor, equipped with double vanity furniture and a shower. A hair dryer is also available at no extra charge The second bathroom is upstairs and is equipped with a vanity unit and a large bathtub. THE LIVING ROOM: The living room of about 45 m2 is the perfect place to meet together and share convivial moments. - 55 inch TV - Built-in sound system (Bluetooth connection) - led mood lights (Bluetooth connection by downloading a free mobile app). - Large dining table sleeping up to 10 people comfortably and 12 people simultaneously (4 extra chairs are available). - 1 A high table and 4 high chairs are also available to complete the seats. GARAGE: In the garage, you will discover a relaxation area with: - Foosball - a dartboard. Expect to participate in wild tournaments. THE GARDEN: From the living room you can access an extensive lit terrace of more than 100 m2, where you will find: - 1 coal BBQ (charcoal not included) - 2 large garden tables, ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal. - Sun loungers so you can relax in the sun. THE KITCHEN: The open kitchen is fully equipped: - Induction cook-top (4 fires) - Oven - Microwave - Bread Toaster -Water boiler - Nespresso coffee maker (Standard capsules to be provided) - Fridge - Dishwasher. An extra fridge/freezer is available in the garage. We provide you with all the necessary dishes and utensils for 14 people (plate, bowl, wine glass, champagne flute,...). LAUNDRY ROOM: A laundry room equipped with a 10kg washing machine (laundry detergent not provided) and a 10kg dryer available free of charge. INTERNET The house is equipped with ORANGE fibre. OCCUPANCY: The place is for 14 people. Beyond 14 people, please make a request to us before proceeding with a reservation. Possibility to organize a birthday, EVG, EVJF, or small family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorized by the rules described in the house rules. ARRIVES: We make every effort to ensure that the booked accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 pm. Ability to check in early subject to availability. CHECK-OUT: Checkout: 11:00 A.M. Before leaving the listing within the time limit, we will kindly ask you to follow all the checkout guidelines described in the house rules. GUEST CONSUMABLES When you arrive, we provide you with: - Toilet paper - Sponge and dish soap - Dishwasher tablet - Hand soap - Cleaning amenities Note that we do not do restocking during the stay. The following items are not included in the rental: - Body Wash/Shampoo/Conditioner - Charcoal & Fire lighter - Laundry detergent, softener CLEANING: A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the price of the rental. Before your stay, the home will have been cleaned and controlled. The cleaning service performed before your arrival in the accommodation includes the cleaning of the accommodation, the cleaning of the linens, the dressage of the beds, the provision of guest consumables and the control of the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Before leaving the premises, we will ask that you return the accommodation to us in a clean and tidy state. We provide you with all the necessary amenities to clean the space so you can return it to us in good condition. PARKING SPOT Ability to park several vehicles inside the property and others at the end of the path in which the house is located. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge subject to: - that they are clean - that they do not damage the listing - Do not let them get on beds or sofas - to pick up their excrement. Dangerous animals are not prohibited. TRANSPORTATION ACCESS: Chessy-Marne-La-Vallée TGV Station is a 20-minute drive. Tournan en Brie train station 10 minutes by car (Line P or RER E) Gare de Marles-en-brie 5 min drive (Line P) INTERACTION There's always someone there to answer your questions. We are at your disposal throughout your stay to ensure that everything goes well. NEIGHBORHOOD Peaceful village of 1500 inhabitants. We are located at the end of the village in a very quiet path bordered by fields and forest. There is in the center of the village, a bakery, a restaurant, a grocery store, a chocolate factory all 1 km from the house or about ten minutes walk. Many supermarkets (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarket) are available in nearby towns (Fontenay-Trésigny and Tournan-en-brie) accessible in just 10 minutes by car. NAMELY: The listing is equipped with a video surveillance system that films and records only the exterior parts, more specifically the accesses to the property. The interior of the listing is not equipped with a video surveillance system in order to respect your privacy. The oak enclosure is looking forward to it.
