THE ACCOMMODATION: Our large 150 m2 house is located in the charming village of La Houssaye-en-Brie in Seine-et-Marne, just 20 km from Disneyland and 45 km from central Paris. Surrounded by a large enclosed garden (+1000 m2) and trees, our house is ideal for a relaxing time with family or friends in the countryside while remaining close to all the necessary amenities. A large and beautiful terrace adjoining the house (+100 m2) is entirely reserved for you to enjoy the beautiful days in complete privacy. You will have access to the entire property just for you. BEDROOMS AND BEDS: The property has a total of 14 beds. - Bedroom 1: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people with a real comfortable mattress - Bedroom 2: 2 single beds - Bedroom 3: 1 double bed + 1 single bed - Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 1 single bed - Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 people with a real comfortable mattress Bed linens are included in the rental price. When you arrive, the beds will be made with clean, freshly washed sheets. BATHROOM: The property has 2 bathrooms. One on the ground floor, equipped with a double sink cabinet and a shower. A hairdryer is also available free of charge The second bathroom is located upstairs and is equipped with a vanity unit and a large bathtub. LIVING ROOM: The living room of about 45 m2 is the perfect place to get together and share friendly moments. - 55-inch TV - Integrated sound system (Bluetooth connection) - Ambient LED lights (Bluetooth connection by downloading a free mobile app). - Large dining table that seats up to 10 people comfortably and 12 people simultaneously (4 extra chairs are available). - 1 High table and 4 high chairs are also available to complete the seating. GARAGE: In the garage, you will discover a relaxation area with: - a foosball table - a dartboard. Expect to participate in wild tournaments. THE GARDEN: From the living room, you can access a large illuminated terrace of more than 100 m2, where you will find: - 1 charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included) - 2 large garden tables, ideal for enjoying an alfresco meal. - Sun loungers to allow you to relax in the sun. THE KITCHEN: The open kitchen is fully equipped: - Induction cook-top (4 burners) - Oven - Microwave - Toaster - Water boiler - Nespresso coffee machine (Standard capsules to be provided) - Refrigerator - Dishwasher. An extra refrigerator/freezer is available in the garage. We provide you with all the dishes and utensils necessary for 14 people (Plate, bowl, wine glass, champagne flute, etc.). LAUNDRY: A laundry room equipped with a 10 kg washing machine (detergent not included) and a 10 kg dryer available free of charge. INTERNET The house is equipped with ORANGE fiber. ACCOMMODATION OCCUPANCY: The accommodation is for 14 people. Beyond 14 people, please make a request before making a reservation. Possibility to organize a birthday, bachelor party, bachelorette party, or small family gathering within the limit of the number of people authorized in accordance with the rules described in the house rules. ARRIVAL: We make every effort to ensure that the reserved accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 p.m. Possibility of early check-in subject to availability. CHECK-OUT: Checkout: 11 a.m. Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we will ask you to follow all the departure instructions described in the house rules. GUEST CONSUMABLES Upon arrival, we provide you with: - Toilet paper - Sponge and dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher tablets - Hand soap - Household equipment Please note that we do not restock during the stay. The following items are not included in the rental: - Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner - Charcoal & Firelighter - Laundry detergent, fabric softener CLEANING: A "standard" cleaning fee is included in the rental price. Before your stay, the space will have been cleaned and checked. The cleaning service carried out before your arrival in the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the linen, making the beds, providing travel consumables and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Before leaving the premises, we will ask you to return the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition. We provide you with all the necessary equipment to clean the accommodation so that you can return it to us in good condition. PARKING Possibility to park several vehicles inside the property and others at the end of the road in which the house is located. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge on the following conditions: - they are clean - they do not damage the accommodation - you do not let them climb on beds or sofas - you collect their excrement. Dangerous animals are not allowed. TRANSPORTATION ACCESS: Chessy-Marne-La-Vallée TGV station is a 20-minute drive. Tournan en Brie station is a 10-minute drive (Line P or RER E) Marles-en-brie station 5 min by car (Line P) INTERACTION There's always someone there to answer any question you may have. We are at your disposal throughout your stay and thus ensure that everything goes smoothly. NEIGHBORHOOD Peaceful village of 1500 inhabitants. We are located at the end of the village in a very quiet path bordered by fields and forest. There is a bakery, restaurant, grocery store, and chocolate factory in the center of the village, all 1 km from the house, about a ten-minute walk. Many supermarkets (Leclerc, Carrefour, Intermarché) are available in nearby towns (Fontenay-Trésigny and Tournan-en-brie) accessible in just 10 minutes by car. GOOD TO KNOW: The accommodation is equipped with a video surveillance system that films and records only the external parts, more precisely the access to the property.
