The HOUSE ON the ISLAND overlooking the LOIRE

The first bed and breakfast in FRANCE was certified ECOLABEL-EUROPEEN in 2008. Today, the only label is the Accueil-Vélo et Loire à Vélo. Janne welcomes you to this ISLAND, labeled SMALL property between the hills of Savennières and Rochefort sur Loire and 15 km from Angers, 80 km from Nantes, 150 km from the Atlantic coast. Pays de Loire region. The island is accessed by a bridge and our house via a path that serves 6 other houses. The space The 1st floor (about 50 m2), reserved for our guests, is south facing with views of the garden and the Loire. A family with 2 or 3 children can be welcomed or two couples of friends. The bedroom/living room (18 m2) is accessed with its 3 single beds, via an outdoor staircase located on the terrace. (difficult to access for very old people). In the master bedroom (9 m2) a bed of 140x190 is proposed. In the bathroom, we chose not to install a bathtub for better water management. You will therefore find hydromassage shower cabin (1m x 0.80 m), sink and toilet. This bathroom is independent from both bedrooms and is on the same floor on the north side of the house. Bathrobe and towels provided. ITS DECOR We wanted a clean decor of our room for a Zen atmosphere in the continuity of the outdoor environment. Indeed, the proximity to the water and the scenery of the sandbanks is conducive to meditation during walks on the island. The path at the end of the garden allows you to walk directly along the majestic river. Les Pays de la Loire, a cultural region: heritage, museums, festivals, shows, exhibitions. For leisure, a multitude of activities are offered : canoeing, windsurfing, hiking, leisure park, zoo... Loire Castles nearby : Le Plessis Bourré, Angers, Le Plessis Macé, Serrant, Montgeoffroy, Saumur, Boumois, Le Lude, Montriou, A Motte, Villev Airbnb, Montsoreau, Durtal, Baugé... Abbayes de Solesmes et Fontevraud Museums: Beaux Arts, Jean Lurcat, Cointreau, Pincé, de l 'Ardoise, Communication, de l' Air, Tatin, des Coiffes.
