The space With a built in gas BBQ, a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool, DSTV (full bouquet) and broadband Wifi, this home is a joy for children and adults alike. Each of the three bedrooms is bright and spacious, and the adjoining loft areas are perfect for children and teens. For little ones, we offer a travel cot and portable high chair as well as babysitting services. The kitchen is both beautiful and functional, and is equipped with everything you might need for preparation and cooking. It includes a breakfast counter and stools, as well as a washer, dishwasher, dryer, fridge with water dispenser, microwave, stove, airfryer, and oven. A dining table for 8 people sits adjacent to the kitchen and the lounge has two comfortable couches and a TV. The views from the house over the Constantia Valley are breathtaking and one feels immediately at ease and relaxed in this family 'home away from home'. Guest access Guests will be provided with a remote control to access the property at their convenience. Guests should feel at home to enjoy the pool area at their leisure. Other things to note - PLEASE NOTE: The house is ideal for 6 adults and up to 4 children or teenagers. Two of the bedrooms are structured as family units - with king/queen/twin beds on the ground floor and double beds in the adjoining lofts. The lofts are not suitable for very young children or the elderly as they are accessed by fairly steep ladders. The third bedroom is a self-contained unit with an en-suite bathroom and a separate entrance. This third bedroom is accessed by an uncovered, outdoor staircase and is therefore not suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues. - We have two small Cavalier King Charles spaniels who live on the property and may come and visit guests to say hi! - The guest house is located on the same large property as our own house so the entrance, driveway and swimming pool are for shared use. We pride ourselves on being available to assist with any issues while giving guests the privacy and space they need.
