The Barn at Middlebury

The Barn at Middlebury is within a 10 min. walk of the village center and 15 min to Middlebury College. The renovated barn is attached to the owners' residence. The separate guest quarters have a private entrance and include 3 newly renovated bedrooms, with two baths. The 1st floor bedroom has a Livingroom, kitchenette (Nespresso, microwave, Ref/Freezer, dishwasher, sink). Washer/Dryer. The 2 other 2nd Fl bedrooms share a large private bath. A terrace and screened porch is available. The space The first floor bedroom and living space have a private bath with two second floor bedrooms that share a separate private bath. Guests have a first floor living/guest room/entrance area with a Jøtul gas glass front stove, television, desk, kitchenette and private bath with a shower. The king bed has a firm mattress with a down mattress topper, fine cotton and linen sheets and a down comforter. A coffee maker (Nespresso), teapot, refrigerator/Freezer, dishwasher, toaster and microwave are in the small kitchenette area. There is not a cooking stove or hot plate. Washer/Dryer. The second floor bedroom has a Jøtul gas fireplace, a king bed, a down mattress topper, fine thread cotton sheets, a down comforter and a small desk. French doors open to a balcony, providing a light and airy feeling. A closet (with ironing board and iron) is in the hall leading to a spacious private bath. The third bedroom with a queen bed, at the end of the hall, shares the private bath. Guest access A private access to the guest quarters is just off the guest parking area. There is private parking for 3 vehicles. Walk around to the back yard for use of the terrace and the screened porch with a Franklin Fireplace. Walk to town via sidewalks.
