The space The terrace with the pool is spacious and equiped with 6 sunbeds and umbrella. It has an original kitchen of the 80´s, well equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to live and dish washer. Exterior windows and exit to the terrace The dining area has a table with seating for 8 people, then the lounge area in blue Mediterranean tones, a large smart tv with satellite channels from all around the world, sofa, armchairs and fireplace ... Also the windows and exterior doors make this space a comfortable corner Relaxing, in which you will undoubtedly spend unforgettable moments. The bathrooms are totally renovated and also equipped with clean towels, gel, paper, hair dryer, etc. is spacious and bright, the shower .... a marvel…. It has three double bedrooms, all with exterior windows. The different decorations transmit calm, tranquillity, sea, peace ... The rooms are very comfortable and they are all equipped with silent ceiling fans with remote controller and timer, so you will sleep healthy and comfortable! They all have closets and you will only feel the nature in the hours of rest (birds, waves and crickets) In the exteriors you have different spaces equipped to sunbathe, eat the whole family, rest without noise of neighbours, take a tea intimately. But if you need anything, the supermarket is very close. Also dive into the bustle of the cove or find ambiance easily. Guest access Although it is among neighboring houses of the village, privacy is total and all private outdoor spaces are for guests. Only the private parking of the house can be shared. Other things to note The check-in after 10.00 pm will have an extra cost of 40€. The cleaning fee is not included on the price and will be payed in cash (150€) at the check in time. The payment of the ecotax will be made when the customer arrives at the house. (€ 1 per adult / night from 16 years until the eighth day.) From the ninth day, 50 cents per adult / night.
