For safety, the property is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, and a fire blanket in the kitchen. Children’s games are provided, and a travel cot is available upon request. Upon checkout, please ensure all fobs/access cards are returned to their original location. Lost keys/fobs will incur a £40 replacement fee. ★ No Smoking Inside ★ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £80 fee will be charged for odour removal and cleaning. Guest access Before your arrival, we’ll provide a unique code for our keyless smart lock, offering convenient, contactless self-check-in. Once inside, you’ll have the option to use either the keycard/fob provided or continue using the smart lock code for access throughout your stay. Please ensure the keycard or fob is returned to its original location upon check-out. Note: A £40 charge will apply for any unreturned keycards or fobs. Other things to note To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, unauthorized visitors or additional guests are strictly prohibited. This policy is in place due to previous incidents with unauthorized gatherings and parties, and we enforce it to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Capacity: The property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The downstairs front reception room is equipped with a double sofa bed, making it flexible as either a 4th bedroom or an additional living space.
