It is a perfect holiday destination, not just in the summer, but all year round. Situated in lovely village with local shops and restaurants. The space This stunning and stylish 3 bedroom apartment is situated over the 1st and 2nd floor, newly completed in January 2018. The property has it’s own entrance front door and the entrance on the same level as the car park. There is a kitchen/living room area, bathroom with shower and en-suite with shower to the main bedroom. There are two balcony’s, one off the kitchen/living space, and one from the main bedroom Located just a few minutes walk from Woolacombe beach, in the centre of a family friendly village. Parking on the site for one car. Your holiday home will be ready and available from 4pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10am on day of departure. During peak season we accept weekly bookings with changeover on Saturday. Guest access The access to a shared games room with a pool table.
