The space Location: The cosy apartment is located in the beautiful Trudering district of Munich. The Neue Messe München is 5 km away and can be reached publicly in 26 minutes, or by bike over the grounds of the former Bundesgartenschau 2005 in about 15 minutes. You are welcome to rent one of our bikes for a rental fee (Cube Mountainbike 20€/day, Trekking Bike 10€/day). Our house is absolutely quiet in a residential street and borders directly on a green area. Likewise, the nearby Truderinger Wald invites you to walk or jog. Living: The fully enclosed apartment with separate entrance, includes a living and sleeping area (about 20 m²) with underfloor heating, integrated fitted kitchen, an entrance area with toilet and shower. It is located in the basement of a detached house (built in 2010). All shops for everyday needs are within walking distance (supermarket, bakery, cafe). Restaurants: Bavarian beer garden and economy (Franciscan), Italian, Chinese. The bus stop is 5 minutes away and takes it to the Trudering and Perlach metro stations. From there you can reach the city center and the main train station in 15 minutes. Facilities: Kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine. TV is available and with the Bluetooth speaker they can listen to their own music from smartphone, computer or tablet. Towels, shampoo, Duschgel and hair dryer are provided. Other: Two comfortable beds can be placed either together or separately. A crib will be made available free of charge if needed.
