In this green and peaceful residential area, you will enjoy absolute calm while being close to the shops and attractions of the city. The 1970s architect's house is a perfect blend of comfort and style, offering a warm and elegant setting. The ground-floor apartment, with a separate entrance, welcomes you in a fully renovated 33 m2 space. The main room of 17 m2, bright and spacious, is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a dressing room. It opens onto a modern 7 m2 kitchen, well equipped with microwave, washing machine and gas hob. The 6 m2 bathroom is a true sanctuary of relaxation, with a large shower, vanity unit and toilet. We have taken care to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, where you will feel at home. Modern and elegant decorative touches complete the whole, for a memorable stay.
