This is a deluxe 16' x 20' tent with a canopy porch and comes equipped with an evaporative cooler for warm summer days, and a 30,000 btu gas fireplace to stay toasty warm on cold winter nights. You will be comfortable here year-round. There is a TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and sink with running water. The utensils you need for light food preparation are here. The queen bed has a high-quality mattress for complete comfort. Pets are welcome, please tell us about your pets. We are located on 2-acres with big shade trees, 10 minutes from downtown Walla Walla and 2 minutes from Walla Walla University. This tent is a great get-away for couples or families who enjoy the sounds of birds and night crickets on a very comfortable bed. There is excellent privacy. A dedicated wifi router provides over 300Mbps of internet speed (very fast!) Please be aware that during the warm months, crawling insects come visiting the tent. There is really no way to keep them out. The tent is tucked away behind our house in a private spot. There is abundant off-street parking, including room for a trailer and a turn-around. You can come and go without disturbing us in the least. Tesla and other electric vehicle guests: We offer a complimentary 50-amp Level 2 charging station (NEMA 14-50 plug). Most likely we will be on location during your stay. We'll interact with you only as much as you'd like. We are excited to host guests and share our hospitality, but we are also happy to just provide a private setting for you. The day before your arrival, you will receive a message with full instructions on how to get in, where to park, etc. College Place is a quiet university town. We are located on a quiet 2-acres just on the edge of town, a 5-minute walk to the University. It is the kind of safe place where many people don't lock their doors at night. Andy's Market is a few blocks away - with outstanding fresh produce of every kind. All the valley wineries and wine tasting are a short drive away. A six-block walk to the College Avenue & 4th street bus stop for public transportation to most anywhere in Walla Walla. Search "Walla Walla Valley Transit" for more information. In addition to the queen bed, we can provide comfortable floor sleeping pads and bedding on request. A few steps from your tent is the outside entrance to the pool room where you will find a 36' x 18' pool that is 4 feet deep and fully lined with soft rubberized lining. Next to it is a brand-new hot tub big enough to seat 6 easily. In winter we will be happy to heat the pool on request. There is never an extra charge for the hot tub. There is another airbnb unit on the property, but our scheduling guarantees you will have private access to the pool and hot tub.
