Located in a large house consisting of 3 apartments surrounded by orchards and fields, this peaceful place invites you to relax away from the hustle and bustle. OFFERED with a reservation with us, a simple and gourmet breakfast will await you in the kitchen of the accommodation upon arrival. With coffee, tea, cupcakes, fruit juice and yogurt. A small bottle of clairette produced in our regions is OFFERED. All to allow you to have a good time. If you want a more elaborate breakfast with fresh bread, butter and pastries, there will be an extra 11 euros per person, for a minimum of 2 people. The place is ideal for up to 6 people, (3 places in the spa and 3 in the sauna) whether for a romantic weekend or a relaxing time with friends. You have a private 16 m2 Wellness Area (see pictures). As for the apartment, it is 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms - 1 master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed. - 1 secondary bedroom with also a double bed of 140 x 200 cm and a convertible for an additional bed of 140 x 200 cm. - A comfortable stay - A small equipped kitchen under the slope, Equipment 2 coffee makers, a Senseo and a filter, a kettle, a microwave, a traditional oven, a glass hob, a fridge with freezer, and various dishes. - A bathroom with toilet under the slope. - A beautiful covered and bright terrace We await you Guest access We are located outside the village of Pouzin, in a fairly isolated house, with no neighbors nearby, on the plain side of the village, and it is 3 minutes by car and 10 to 15 minutes on foot (You will find the shops necessary for everyday life such as, bakery, bank, Intermarché, gas station and even tobacco press...). For parking there are two private parking spaces, assigned to this accommodation. The parking lot and the entrance to the property are under camera surveillance. Other things to note OFFERED with a reservation with us, a simple and gourmet breakfast will await you in the kitchen of the accommodation upon arrival. With coffee, tea, cupcakes, fruit juice and yogurt. As well as a small bottle of Clairette produced in our regions. All to allow you to have a good time. Warning The accommodation is non-smoking. This rule must be respected, it is important for persistent odors. When you leave, you will be asked to do your dishes and store them and take out your garbage. Children under the age of 13 are not normally allowed in this accommodation, nor are pets. (We can make some exceptions depending on the case and the number of people) The wellness chalet, like the apartment, has speakers, but the places must not turn into a nightclub. Sound control is imperative.
