In the heart of the Vallée Verte, in Haute-Savoie (74), between lake and mountains, Pierre-Arnaud and Émilie welcome you to their corner of paradise. Enjoy a comfortable apartment, ideal for up to 6 people. This gîte on the ground floor of our house has a separate entrance, a private terrace of 40 m², a parking space and free access to a large garden of 2,000 m², perfect for relaxing in peace. Let yourself be seduced by the calm and beauty of the landscapes! The space The accommodation includes two bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed, and the other with bunk beds. Each room has convenient storage thanks to the wardrobes available to you. The living room, equipped with a TV and sofa bed, invites you to relax in a peaceful atmosphere. A fully equipped kitchen is also available to prepare your meals with ease. All rooms open onto a large 40 m² terrace with stunning views of the Vallée Verte. Guest access To access the accommodation, you will have to take stairs because it is below our house. The accommodation and the terrace are entirely dedicated to you. You have free access to the garden as well. Other things to note The oil boiler has been replaced by a pellet boiler, no more risk of odor discharge. the accommodation is strictly non-smoking, a surcharge of €25 will be requested for any cigarette odors.
