The systems have been selected to eliminate combustion and gas, favouring the use of renewable energies that ensure warmth in winter and coolness in summer, thanks to radiant wall plasters and a heat pump of the highest level. The latter is elegantly integrated into the architecture of the terrace, which offers an ideal space for relaxation. Guest access Guests have full access to all outdoor spaces, from the ground floor to the first floor. The ground floor is reserved for those staying there, while the first floor terrace is intended for those occupying the rooms. In addition, there is a common area at the entrance, equipped with a kitchenette and snack counter, ideal for breakfasts and quick meals. During your stay My family and I have always lived a stone's throw from the B&Bio, making us an organised and active presence in the area. Other things to note This property offers a unique experience thanks to its beech wood floor, laid according to traditional methods without the use of glues or chemical solvents, but nailed on joists that enhance its flexibility and sound. We recommend walking barefoot or with slippers to fully appreciate the quality and hygiene of the floor.
