Sit on your private balcony and watch the children play in the lagoon style pool, while having a BBQ and watch the sun disappear over the tweed coast hinterland. The space Relax on either one of your balcony's or around the lagoon style pool area, which features outdoor furniture & undercover gas BBQ area. The Master bedroom features a King size bed, TV, walk through robe and an ensuite for extra privacy, with a double stone vanity shower & toilet Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 1 includes 2 single beds. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a bath/shower combination with stone vanity and toilet. The separate laundry includes washing machine, dryer & laundry tub. An open style kitchen/living area with gas cook top, oven, spacious dining, bench stools, TV, DVD player and stereo. The apartment has climate control air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, with tilled floors in the main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Two secure underground parking spaces are situated close to the lifts. This apartment provides exceptional value with generous open living spaces and quality finishes. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The lift to access this apartment is being replaced between the 9th February 2026 and 23rd March 2026 so access is via stairs only during this his time. Nightly Rates have been reduced over this period to reflect this inconvenience. Guest access Guest will be assigned their own parking spots in the basement on arrival. There is also additional free street parking for visitors. Bus stop is located nearby. Taxi's & Uber are also available in the area and a number of local venues have courtesy buses. Requests for earlier check in prior to 2pm cannot be guaranteed. We will call you the morning of your arrival to arrange to meet you for your arrival and if the property will be ready earlier than 2pm we will let you know at this time. Other things to note All guests visiting and occupying the property are subject to comply with the Bylaws associated with Drift Apartments & the NSW governments short term holiday letting code of conduct. Please ensure all visitors and guests abide by the building’s bylaws for the duration of your stay. The property is Non-smoking, if you or your guests are smokers, please ensure they leave the building to smoke. All children must be supervised in the common areas of the building and especially the pool. Towels and washing are not to be hung over the balcony railings or fences. Please use the clothes airers provided or the dryer in the apartment. Antisocial behavior will not be tolerated and guests who do not abide by the House Rules will be evicted form the property.
