Ostrovskiy apart

The apartment is located in the very center of the city, in the old fund, on the third floor. No elevator. The sea and market are a couple of minutes' walk away. The windows overlook the city alley and the courtyard. Entry by key code (self check-in). The apartment has two bedrooms and a living room. The city has a quiet hours rule. We always observe it and ask guests not to make noise from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 9 pm to 8 am. There is a camera above the door, the apartment is under security. The space Beautiful apartment, very cozy, comfortable. Everything is within walking distance, the sea, children's playground, market... There are three rooms in the apartment. A hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom. One bedroom with a double bed, the second (children's) with separate beds. The kitchen is small but accommodates a washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffee maker and utensils. The heating is municipal. The bathroom has electric floor heating. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests. Other things to note It is the very center and very difficult to park. Therefore, I can't promise parking near the house. The apartment has a storage tank, 600 liters, but the city can turn off the water for a long time, then the tank will not save you. Gelendzhik is a beautiful city, but the water supply schedule is unpredictable. The heating is municipal.
