Newly refurbished self contained guest apartment in a waterside setting with views of the river Exe and beyond toward the Riverside Valley Park and Haldon Forest. The property has a private entrance and free on street parking. It has a king size bedroom with en suite shower & seperate WC. The lounge area has a kitchenette and a double sofa bed. There are beautiful river walks from outside the property. The Cathedral city of Exeter is a walk along the river and boasts many shops and restaurants. The space The space is bright and fresh with a contemporary feel. There is a patio and lawn to the front of the apartment with comfortable seating to enjoy outdoor dining or a traditional Devon cream tea overlooking the river. Guest access You will have use of the whole apartment. The apartment consists of: Entrance porch Entrance hall Lounge with double sofa bed Kitchenette with microwave and fridge King SIze bedroom En suite shower room Seperate WC Patio overlooking the river with garden sofa and parasol Other things to note There is a steep driveway to the property which guests will have to walk up to access the front door. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Also, the front lawn isn't enclosed and children will need to be supervised. The apartment is in a very quiet residential area. There is a small kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster and coffee machine. We live on site and have children. We therefore respectfully request that noise is kept to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am
