Large, comfortable, bright and spacious house, perfect for large groups or families looking for the perfect vacation. The house is located in the City of Coral Gables close to Miami International Airport, Downtown, Brickell, Wynwood, Coral Way, Coconut Grove, Miracle Mile, shops, restaurants, parks, pharmacies, gas stations and everything you need for a pleasant stay. If your party is bigger than the max. capacity (8 people) ask for the next door property for 5 people :) The space -Driveway with parking space. -Living room. -Dining room. -T.V. room. (Smart T.V., Xfinity) Couch has been replaced for a brand new one, still a queen size mattress (it doesn't show in the pictures) -Equipped kitchen. -Bathroom. -Laundry room (Washer machine and dryer machine). -Master bedroom. (King size bed, bathroom, walking closet, smart T.V.) -Second bedroom. (Queen size bed, closet) -Third bedroom. (Queen size bed, closet) -Big pool. -Big gazebo/bar with BBQ grill. All the house has Wifi and A/C. *JUST THE LIVING ROOM AND MASTER BEDROOM HAVE T.V. *NO MORE GUESTS THAN THE ADMITTED. *PET ARE NOT ALLOWED. *NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC. *SMOKE INSIDE THE HOUSE IS FORBIDDEN. *DO NOT PLAY OR TOUCH TOO MUCH THE THERMOSTAT. IT CAN GET FROZEN. Guest access The gate needs to be slided manually so you are able to park inside. Just one car inside and park on the concrete and avoid the grass because the automatic sprinklers can be damaged. Thank you very much. Other things to note The house comes as you see it when arriving, we don't provide any kind of extra item or accessory. Early check in and late check out are not accepted. We don't provide any detergent or wash pots for the washing machine. We don't provide face towels. We don't provide extra garbage bags. We don't provide extra towels, bed sheets, blankets or pillows.
