Deśa Retreat - Villa Mukti

Deśa Retreat is a place to unwind and connect with yourself, your loved ones and nature. Within walking distance to the stunning beaches of Jan Juc and Torquay, walk the clifftop track, explore the bush, surf iconic breaks Winki and Bells, or simply sit and watch the view from one of the many lookouts dotted along the coast. Now offering a beautiful outdoor sauna and cold plunge on site ($35 per person for 60 minutes or $60 per couple, cash payment). The space Villa Mukti is a one Bedroom Villa set up as a king or twin share as you like. Up to two additional guests can be accommodated in the living space on a comfy double futon style bed, however this does make for a cosy stay. If your group is larger you can choose to book both Villas which share an internal wall and can accommodate 6-8 guests. Relax & watch birdlife from your deck. Enjoy the beauty of the landscaped gardens & be amazed by our extensive permaculture beds. Enjoy washing off after the beach under a hot outdoor shower or spend a relaxed evening under the stars next to one of our fire pits. Deśa Garden Kitchen If you don't feel like cooking, or just feel like staying in and enjoying all that surrounds you, your host Emma can prepare a home cooked plant based evening meal or hot breakfast. Please make this request at the time of booking or at least 7 days prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment. Guest access Pedestrian access to the villa is via a pedestrian gate or driveway on Broadbeach Road. Parking is available via the entrance on Ocean Boulevard or in the driveway on Broadbeach Road. A washing machine and dryer are available on request. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor heated shower, fire pit, BBQ, deck and garden. Other things to note Re COVID19 related cancellations and future credits. We ask that you not visit Desa retreat and contact us immediately by phone to discuss cancellation and transfer of your booking if You or any of your group are actively infected or tested positive to COVID19 in the past 30 days. If you or any of your group suspect you are unwell or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID19. If you or anyone in your group are showing symptoms or are concerned about a possible infection of COVID19. If You've had a close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed, awaiting test results or suspected to be infected with COVID19 within the last 14 days.
