Green apartment - Nürburgring

My place is close to Nürburgring, 2.4 km from the entrance to the Nordschleife. You'll love my place because of the generous space, the complete furnishings that also allow for the preparation of meals, the relatively low rental rates and the direct neighborhood to the Nürburgring. Dogs are allowed on request and cost €4/night/dog. The space In the bedroom, next to the double bed, you will find a satellite TV, a wardrobe, a dresser, a table with an armchair. The pantry kitchen is equipped with a table and 2 seats, a refrigerator, 2-plate stove and sink, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and radio. Cooking and eating utensils are plentiful, as is a basic stock of food that is available for everyone to use as long as it is replenished. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and washbasin, hairdryer and free toiletries. It's a real "Colani" bathroom from the 1970s. Guest access The green apartment is the only residential unit in the green extension of the house Drees, Nitzer Weg 4. You can reach the first floor, which houses the apartment, via an external staircase. The parking lot is right in front of the outside stairs. Other things to note In the main house there is another residential unit for guests. They have a different entrance and no spatial connection to the Green Apartment.
