Green apartment - Nürburgring

My place is close to the Nürburgring, it is 2.4 km from the path to the driveway. You'll love my place because of the generous space, the full furnishings that also allow the preparation of meals, because of the relatively reasonable rental prices, and the immediate neighborhood to the Nürburgring. Bringing dogs is allowed on request and costs €4/night/dog. The space in addition to the double bed, you will find a satellite TV, a wardrobe, a drawers, a table with armchair. The pantry kitchen is equipped with table and 2 seats, with fridge, 2-burner stove and sink, also with coffee machine, toaster and radio. The cooking and eating utensils are plentiful, as is a basic stock of food that is for everyone to use as long as it is refilled. The bathroom offers a shower, toilet and washing area, hair dryer and free care products. It's a real "Colani"bathroom from the '70s. Guest access The green apartment is located as a sole residential unit in the green annex of the house Drees, Nitzer Weg 4. You can reach the first floor via an external staircase that houses the apartment. The parking lot is just in front of the outside stairs. Other things to note In the main cottage there is another residential area for guests. These have a different entrance and no spatial connection to the Green Apartment
