The building consists of three apartments, two of which are rented through AirBnb. The last apartment is occupied all year round in residential. It is forbidden to bring other people into the building unless requested in advance. All commercial activity is prohibited in the apartments. It is possible that I ask for a deposit for certain events such as the Ardentes or the holiday season.
