(Bicycle is brought, and picked up at the house). - Open fires like a fire basket are strictly prohibited. - Parties or events are not allowed. - It's forbidden to stick balloons and/or garlands to the walls. - Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Violating this rule will result in a €250 fine
